Fried Egg French Toast
1 slice of bread
1 tbsp butter
Melt the butter in a pan on a medium heat then fry the bread for 2 minutes on one side then 30 seconds on the other side and remove from the pan
Temporarily remove the frying pan from the heat and use a shape cutter to cut out the middle of the toast And place the centre piece of the toast to one side
Add the crust back into the pan and once hot again crack an egg in the middle where the whole is. Fry for a few minutes until cooked to your liking
Pop the Fried Egg French Toast onto a plate and use the centre of the toast to dip into the yolk….YUM!
