🍏 Apple and cinnamon breakfast empanadas 🍏
Have you seen my sandwich empanadas? Using an empanada/dumpling moulds you can easily make these little parcels!
These are so simple, all you need to do is -
🍏 Cut out 3 circles from flattened bread (size to fit your mould) and squeeze a small amount of @ellaskitchenuk apple purée (or any flavour) on one half of your circle and sprinkle with a little cinnamon
🍏Put your circle in your mould and close shut
🍏Dip each empanada into an eggy mixture (1 whisked egg, dash of milk, little cinnamon and 1 tsp vanilla)
🍏 Put a little butter in a small frying pan over a medium heat and fry your empanadas until browned! So yum!
