Made this for my three at the weekend - it's so easy! The full recipe is on the app but here is the basic recipe
🥄Ingredients (for three babies/toddlers/small children)
A big handful of cooked prawns
Half a red pepper
1/3 of an onion
1/2 a tin of coconut milk
1 tbsp coconut yogurt (or Greek yog)
1 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 tsp corriander
1/3 tsp turmeric
A pinch of cardamom if you have any
Half a mango fruit pouch (or apple, mango and banana)
1 tbsp of tomato purée
A tiny squeeze of garlic purée
Dice the onion and pepper small.
Fry the onion until almost cooked, then add the pepper, garlic and spices. You may need to add a little extra oil. Cook for a few minutes.
Add all other ingredients apart from the prawns and yogurt and cook for around 10 mins or until the peppers are soft.
Add the yogurt and cooked prawns and cook for another 5 minutes before serving.
🥄Serving suggestions: we served ours with sticky rice and some veg. Our prawns were very small and soft so fine for Felix who has 4 teeth. For a baby with fewer teeth, I would squish or chop them even smaller. Bigger prawns can be butterflied.
