Blueberry jammy dodgers 🫐
Blueberry jam is so easy to make -
Add 3 handfuls of blueberries to a small pan
2 tbsps of @sweetfreedomuk fruit syrup (or vanilla)
2.5 tbsps of water
1.5 tbsps chia seeds.
Stir over a low heat and squash the blueberries as they warm up. After 5/6 minutes and the jam starts to thicken, remove from heat and let it stand to thicken! I put the leftovers in the freezer for another time!
I added 2 tbsps of the jam to the eggy mixture this time and they came out great! 🫐
