Easy Courgette Pasta 🥒

👶🏻 Suitable from 6 months, for baby under 8 months serve it with a large pasta shapes, easier for baby to hold

❄️ Store in the fridge in a airtight container for a couple of days


(serves 3)

  • 200-250g dried pasta

  • 2 medium/large courgettes

  • 1 garlic clove, minced OR 1 tsp lazy garlic

  • Salt and pepper to taste*

  • 2-3 tbsps grated Parmesan (you can substitute with nutritional yeast/vegan cheese or leave out)

*NOTE: avoid or reduce if cooking for babies, I usually adjust my meal with salt after having serve my little one


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.

  2. Meanwhile, cook the finely chopped garlic with the olive oil in a pan over medium high heat until golden.

  3. Reduce heat to medium-high, add sliced courgettes and cook for 10-15 minutes until softened and lightly browned, stirring occasionally.

  4. Season with salt and pepper, give everything a good stir and cook for another couple of minutes.

  5. Remove from the heat.

  6. Add the cooked pasta to the courgettes, a few tablespoons of grated Parmesan and mix well (add more olive oil if pasta result too dry).

  7. Sprinkle with more grated Parmesan if desired.

  8. Enjoy!
