Quick & Easy Mac ‘n’ Cheesey

Ever tried to make a cheese sauce and it goes lumpy? This technique will NEVER go lumpy. And it’s easier!! The cheese sauce serves 2 child portions and 1 adult or 4 child’s portions (leftovers reserved for the freezer) this delicious recipe is by @peytonsplate_
You will need -
• Macaroni (amount depending on his many people your serving)
• 3/4 cup of milk (divided in 1/2 cup and 1/4 cup)
• 1 tbsp flour
• 1/2 cup grated Red Leicester cheese
• 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
How to make -
• Grate your cheeses and set aside
• Put your pasta on to boil and drain when cooked and set aside
• In a jug, combine 1/4 milk and 1 tbsp of flour and mix
• In a medium frying pan on a medium heat, add your remaining 1/2 cup milk and heat until you see steam rising
• When the milk is hot, add your cold milk and flour combo and whisk till it forms a nice thick creamy sauce
• Reduce the heat to low and gradually add your grated cheese and stir until all melted
• Reserve around 3 tbsps of cheese sauce for the freezer for another day
• Now’s the time to add your cooked macaroni to your sauce and watch the beauty take place
